Menurut opini saya tentang gambar di atas adalah seorang pejabat yang tidak mau di anggap gagal dalam menanggulangi bencana alam. Dia bilang itu hanya sekedar genangan air, bukanlah banjir kepada rakyatnya. Padahal sudah jelas-jelas itu banjir.

Apa di gambar itu adalah anggota DPR atau anak-anak TK yang memang dijadwalkan tidur siang oleh gurunya ??
